Training

Training is the primary foundation for our staff to provide an effective service to our clients.

All recruits undergo a basic training program covering the practical aspects of security. All staff are specifically trained in the requirements of the site to which they will be assigned. Servest Security guards are trained to display a confident and courteous yet firm manner, which is required to command respect and co-operation.

Our registered Training Centre provides training for the following PSIRA accredited disciplines: Security Officer Grade D, C, B and A, Banking, Response, Retail and Cash In Transit and National Key point.  Additional Security related training is offered for safe handling and use of firearms, first aid, fire fighting, occupational health and safety, and aids awareness.
